Terms and Conditions
The use of the hobbyspace.co.uk website (the "Website") is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Website, you agree to these terms of use.
General
The Website, its design and contents are all copyright Hobby Space Limited (hereafter referred to as “Hobby Space”). Hobby Space reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without notice. Please check these terms from time to time for any changes which will be displayed on this page of the Website. By continuing to use the Website you are deemed to have agreed to al updates to these terms. Hobby Space reserves the right to suspend or cancel or any part of the Website and the services offered therein at any time without notice.
Hobby Space shall not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Website is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
On-line Forums and Photo / Video Galleries
The on-line forums, and the photo and video galleries are provided for your use. The views and opinions that may be expressed on the on-line forums do not reflect those of Hobby Space.
You must not use the on-line forums to display any material which is:-
· in contravention of any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages the contravention of any such law
· discriminatory on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, political affiliation
· pornographic, obscene, profane or vulgar

· abusive, threatening or otherwise likely to be harmful to those persons likely to use the Website
· otherwise offensive in the opinion of Hobby Space or

If you breach these terms and conditions we reserve the right to delete your account and, where appropriate, to report any such breach to the relevant authorities for further investigation. If you consistently or seriously breach these terms and conditions we will contact you using the email address you have provided when you set up your account to request that you cease posting. If you ignore this request we reserve the right to trace your IP address, contact your service provider and ask that you be blocked from accessing the Website. We also hereby reserve the right to report any suspect unlawful activity to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
By submitting information and data to the on-line forums and the photo and video galleries, you grant Hobby Space a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free perpetual non-revocable licence to use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit such information in any and all media in any manner in whole or in part without any duty to account to you. You also grant Hobby Space the right to grant licences to users of the Website to view and copy such information for personal use.
Hobby Space reserves the right to edit or delete any messages left on the on-line forums, including without limitation any message which contravenes the rules above.
Should you find any message, photograph, video or other material which you feel is in contravention of the above rules, please let us know by emailing us at info@hobbyspace.co.uk or by using any of the “report this item” buttons placed on the site. When reporting any offensive material, please provide as much as detail as possible in order for us to identify the most appropriate action to take.

Each user of the Website hereby agrees that he or she is owed no duty of care or other obligation by Hobby Space and that insofar as he or she may be owed any such duty or obligation, he or she waives any rights which he or she may have in respect of such duty or obligation.
For the avoidance of doubt, Hobby Space has no control, does not guarantee and will not be liable for:-
the quality, safety or legality of any items advertised on the Website;
the truth or accuracy of listings;
the ability of sellers or buyers to sell or pay for any items; or
whether a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Therefore we strongly urge you to exercise caution when using the “Market Stall” feature contained on the Website.

The Website contains links to and content from other internet sites and resources. Hobby Space Limited cannot control such content and you agree that, without limitation of the terms set out above, Hobby Space is not responsible for such content. Hobby Space cannot endorse products or services offered by third parties through such content. You agree not to arrange for any other website to be connected to the Website by way of hyperlink or otherwise without the prior written consent of Hobby Space.

Governing law
